Emirati Housing, UAE
Ain Al Fayda
Located near to one of the most recognisable natural landmarks in the region - The Jabal Hafeet mountains – and surrounding one of the oldest parks in UAE, the Ain Al Fayda Park and Natural Spring. The Master Plan for Ain Al Fayda includes 2000 Emirati villas spread over an area of over 4,120,000 square metres with all necessary recreational, educational and cultural facilities integrated within the development.
The Master Plan strives to reinvent the communal feeling of the ‘Fareej’ (Traditional Emirati neighbourhood) by creating villas that are clustered around a common outdoor space. The architectural character of the villas brings in the grandeur of Spanish and Mediterranean style houses. The development offers a range of educational opportunities for young children with five schools inside the development. Anticipated completion 2015.

Sila’a
Located on a 1,300,000 square metre site in Al Gharbia along the coastline, Sila’a will be a place where families can enjoy community living. This 448 villa development will be a safe and tranquil environment with modern amenities, making Sila’a ideal for family living. The development will include a mosque, a school, a women’s centre and a wide range of retail outlets, all of which are designed according to the Estidama guidelines of the UPC and Plan Al Gharbia 2030.
Sila’a will be a place that honours the area’s seafaring heritage, and will provide the community with an anchor for growth and development, while maintaining respect for its traditional Emirati past. Anticipated completion 2013.

For the impressive new „Emirati Housing Project“ KOLARZ® provided the complete lighting solutions ranging from modern indoor spotlighting systems to decorative ambient lighting, as well as functional outdoor fittings.
